As an innovation leader in vocational education and training, our goal is to make the quality level of our industry accessible to an international audience. From this vision, new trendsetting courses have emerged.

The blended learning course “Professional Swiss Bakery, Pastry and Confectionery” is built on three pillars – similar to the classic Swiss vocational training system. Teaching and learning theory, but also craft skills, is done at home with different forms of e-learning. In the “home bakery”, the student creates products according to specifications and gains practical experience with baking trials. During the Campus Masterclass Week, students then consolidate what they have learned and apply it in practice using many examples.
