The Tradilevain series from JAC includes models with capacities ranging from 40 l to 270 l – suitable for artisan bakeries through to industrial production. All systems feature programmable fermentation cycles, a homogeneous stirring system, and a double drain valve that facilitates both cleaning and pH stability. The airtight stainless steel container with integrated cooling and heating technology offers optimal control over fermentation processes – while ensuring high hygiene and energy efficiency.

Technology & model diversity for every requirement

With proprietary technologies such as Automix (automatic stirring management based on fermentation level), Variospeed (adjustment of stirring speed to volume), Minicare (minimum fill level warning), and Thermasoft (gentle temperature control), the machines offer smart functions for the best dough quality.
The Tradilevain 40, 110, and 270 models cover various production sizes—from the compact model with a 40-liter usable volume to the industrial version with up to 270 liters of usable volume.
Additional features: 7-inch touchscreen, self-cleaning outlet valve, airtight lid closure, recipe storage, and ergonomic handles and casters on larger models.
