The company of FORM & FRYS MASKINTEKNIK is a relatively young company and yet not so.
A traditional village baker “ Steen Helge Jensen” gave the start to the company in the 80s, when the enterprising baker saw the need for machinery not available on the market and hereby the need for new initiatives within the industry of centralized high speed bakeries. Automation without sacrificing the product, still so rich in traditions.
Our founding baker is also technically minded and together with his brother they developed a machine for Danish pastry, specifically the Spandauer or Four fold.
Industrial Bakeries unlike traditional Bakeries need high volume output which is why the output of the F.F. machines is high enough match almost any direct feed laminating or extrusion line.
The concept offers automation for industrial bakeries and are specifically for products that need folding or forming of different kinds.
Form & Frys has found a specific niche in folding/ forming and filling different products e.g. Danish pastry, pizza shells, special pies, puff pastry products, etc.
Form & Frys manufacture standard machines as well as custom build machines, tailoring the machines to various specific customers product.

Form & Frys Maskinteknik have through the years been faced with the challenge of manufacturing machines for products not even known before on the world marked.
Via the heavy developmental work within the company we have been exploring new trends and generated a large potential for customers special product to be automated in cases where products otherwise would have been terminated before being set into production.
