When we deliver our FG and FGA, we often buy back used devices from other manufacturers such as Jufeba, Opelka or Riehle. Since we are usually not familiar with these devices, we only sell them to you after they have been cleaned.

About us

Siedebackanlagen und -Automaten von InnovaBack. Dahinter stecken Christoph Zaleski und Peter Schröder. Während Christoph Zaleski auf mehr als 20 Jahre Know How in der Branche verfügt und das Back-Handwerk bestens versteht, kommt Peter Schröder aus der IT und bringt das Know How für die Cloud-Anbindung mit. 
2018 wurden die ersten Anlage verkauft. eine davon nach Südamerika, wo sie seitdem 20 Stunden am Tag / 7 Tage die Woche läuft. Und es ging weiter in Polen, Kroatien, Österreich und Deutschland, wo inzwischen viele Anlagen bei zufriedenen Kunden stehen. 
Um alle Anfragen bedienen zu können, ist InnovaBack mit der Produktion Anfang 2022 in eine 2.000 große Produktions- und Lager-Halle in Uelzen umgezogen.  
Auf der IBA 2023 zeigen wir spannende Innovationen, welche durch die konsequente Nutzung der digitalen Möglichkeiten für unsere Kunden Kosten sparten und effizienteres Arbeiten ermöglichen!

InnovaBack deep-frying systems and machines. Behind it are Christoph Zaleski and Peter Schröder. While Christoph Zaleski has more than 20 years of know-how in the industry and understands the baking trade very well, Peter Schröder comes from IT and brings the know-how for the cloud connection with him. The first systems were sold in 2018. one of them to South America, where it has been running 20 hours a day / 7 days a week ever since. And it continued in Poland, Croatia, Austria and Germany, where there are now many systems with satisfied customers. In order to be able to serve all inquiries, InnovaBack moved production to a 2,000 square meter production and storage hall in Uelzen at the beginning of 2022. At the IBA 2023 we will be showing exciting innovations that save costs and enable more efficient work for our customers through the consistent use of digital possibilities!
