About us
Peerox GmbH is a spin-off of the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging in Dresden. Based on research work in the field of data science and psychology since 2015, the company was founded in 2019.
With currently 16 employees, the software MADDOX is successfully implemented in a wide variety of production companies and industries. In Bayer AG's pharmaceutical packaging operation in Leverkusen, MADDOX is already being used productively on 8 production lines.
MADDOX - Your digital assistant for production
A lack of skilled personnel as well as high operating, resource and energy costs pose major challenges for food production companies. There is often a lack of sufficiently experienced personnel for cost-efficient production. Our software MADDOX solves this problem and revolutionizes knowledge transfer in the production company. MADDOX learns from experienced and supports inexperienced employees proactively and without their own search with solution suggestions via a tablet. New personnel are supported and continuously trained. Through feedback in the form of confirm, reject, correct, and add, MADDOX itself learns with each incident and thus accumulates experiential knowledge throughout the company. In this way, MADDOX lowers operating costs, reduces onboarding time and provides data for production optimization.
