Integrated control of information and production flows through dedicated hardware that can interact with line machinery to exchange information and manage processes.
Once the production has been scheduled in the office, the corresponding process recipe is transmitted to our dedicated hardware integrated within the production line. Thanks to the Oricontrol software installed on it, it is possible to conduct a throughout product traceability by following all the phases of preparation and management of the batches and controlling directly the production machinery for an automated management of the recipe. Additionally, each station installed on the line can communicate with the central system. Through the live execution of the process recipe, these stations both receive real-time information and transmit crucial data back to the central hub enabling the creation of a digital twin which offers a comprehensive representation of the production process by extracting data from the machinery and sensors actively engaged in production or inserted by the operators. In this way, it is always possible to know how the production runs in real time and have all data at disposal in just a single click, enabling to make informed decisions, to improve the quality of the final product and the management of the enterprise.
