On October 25, the best master bakers will fight for the German championship. After two exciting preliminary decisions at the ADB technical schools in Lochham & Olpe, four teams have prevailed & will compete in their grand final at the iba in order to be accepted into the German national bakeryteam.
Under the competition theme “Community”, the talented participants create artistic breads, pastries, pastries and a baked showpiece in seven hours. Be there live from 8 a.m. and watch the finalists do their demanding work in the show bakery! The presentation of the artworks will take place at 3 p.m. After the jury's critical evaluation, the award ceremony will take place at 5 p.m. in the iba.FORUM.
