Trade fair offer iba 2023

The iba.FORUM is the central contact point at the trade fair for exciting presentations, media-effective award ceremonies and the opportunity for lots of useful inspiration.

Every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., a diverse program awaits trade fair visitors with best practice examples, award ceremonies, product reviews, lectures and talk sessions.

The ADB-Bayern will provide information about long-term management, sourdough and flour quality on Sunday at 11 a.m. On Tuesday, DEBAG will present current snack trends at 12 p.m. Star chef Johann Lafer will also be at the trade fair and will be presenting his new book “Lafer loves bread” on Wednesday at 2 and 3 p.m. On Wednesday at 11 a.m., the Central Association of the German Bakery Trade, together with the German Bread Institute, will award the Federal Honorary Prize to top-class bakers for the first time. The trade fair program ends on Thursday at 4 p.m. with the award ceremony for the iba-UIBC-CUP of confectioners. The Baker of the Year award, the iba Trophy and the iba award are also presented in the forum.
