Our N1 scanner captures the 3D shape and the color of the product inline, calculates product height, volume, weight, diameter, topping color and more, and sorts the defective product out.
We are proud to present to you our new N1 multispectral 3D scanner. The N1 is a 3D laser triangulation scanner with an integrated multispectral unit, developed for part inspection and quality control applications. The N1 combines precise 3D data with RGB and NIR color information, enabling a whole range of new applications and analysis possibilities.
The N1 captures the shape and the color of the product inline. This data are processed by the integrated machine learning module, which can be trained to identify the defective product and sort it out.
To identify the out-of-specs products the N1 measures:
- 3D parameters: maximum and average height, volume, weight, surface roughness, cracks, surface tilt
- 2D parameters: diameter, roundness, aspect ratio, length, width, area
- Color parameters: average color, color homogeneity, color indices, color spots and line defects
The N1 can be delivered with the application specific rejection unit to remove the defective product from the production line.
The production process can be monitored by our web-based software. It provides real time product images, product parameters and statistics to line operator.
