From October 22nd to 24th, the best bakers from twelve countries will compete for the gold medal. The teams from Peru, Japan, France, China, Greece, Germany, Korea, Iceland, Mexico, Brazil, China and Italy are taking on the demanding challenge.
The cup not only demands creativity, but also the highest level of craftsmanship in order to create edible masterpieces under time pressure under the motto “The Animal World”.
The trade fair audience can follow the competition live every day from 8 a.m. A first evaluation takes place at 1 p.m., the presentation at 3:30 p.m., and a second evaluation at 4 p.m.
The award ceremony will take place on October 24th at 5:30 p.m. in the iba.FORUM.
