On October 26th, the best pastry chefs from four countries will fight for the trophy. In glass show bakeries, teams from Taiwan, Germany, Korea and Norway create sophisticated works of art in order to then have them evaluated by an expert jury.
Under the motto “The Animal World”, the confectioners will create edible masterpieces under time pressure that will amaze the audience.
Trade fair guests can follow the competition live from 7 a.m. A first evaluation will take place at 1 p.m., the presentation at 3:30 p.m.
The award ceremony will take place on October 26th at 4 p.m. in the iba.FORUM.
