SOLLICH - Quality with tradition

For 100 years, customers have known our name and trusted in us. What began with the development of the SOLLKOCH, the world's first vacuum sugar cooking machine, has been continuously expanded over the generations with healthy growth. In the meantime, it is already the third generation that leads the family business SOLLICH with great success.

Today, our production program ranges from molding, extruding and cutting lines, fully automatic enrobing lines and cooling tunnels to chocolate tempering machines and casting lines for confectionery. Complete bar plants consisting of the machines mentioned are nowadays almost classically assembled for each bar product.

Together with our sister company CHOCOTECH GmbH, we offer our customers the possibility to get the whole manufacturing process at one stop shopping. In this way machines for the complete process including cooking, forming and enrobing can be offered.
