Sollcofill stands for versatile refinement of biscuits, pastries and other confectionery. State-of-the-art, servo-driven moulding and depositing techniques enable the filling of almost any product shape with free-flowing fillings such as caramel, fondant and nougat cream, chocolate, etc.

Sollcocap®

Volumetric depositor manifold for high weight accuracy

Sollcocap is a system consisting of alignment and turnover device, depositing system and sandwiching unit. Depending on the output requirement, every second row of biscuits or double rows of biscuits can be turned before the depositing process. The volumetric dosing of the Sollcocap enables precise depositing of all fat and sugar masses with and without ingredients. Specially developed suction nozzles with low air consumption position the sandwich cover exactly on the deposited base biscuit. The automatic rejection of defective products is made possible by the optical quality control.

The Sollcocap sandwich system is compatible with the Sollcofill depositing system.

At our iba booth, you can see our competence live: An automatic decorating device type Decormatic DC4 in 820 mm belt width including decorating belt and Minitemper MT 100 for feeding will be on display with chocolate during the exhibition.
