Wolf ButterBack has been manufacturing premium quality frozen bakery products for over 30 years. As part of the Martin Braun Group its core competence lies in the production of deep-frozen bakery products, mainly croissants, sweet pastries and savoury snacks with butter. At a single location in Fürth, pastries are manufactured to a high-level handcrafted quality. The company attaches great importance to raw materials. For the laminated yeast doughs, it uses only the best pure butter and produces its fillings according to its own tried and trusted recipes. The doughs rest for at least 8 hours so that the flavours can fully develop and the pastries stay fresh for a long time after baking.
The producer has held ’high level’ certification from the IFS (International Food Standard) for many years. The company has achieved certification to BRC Global Standard Level A+.
