A creamy cinnamon experience

As an autumnal novelty, Wolf ButterBack presents the Cinnamon Sugar Loop, a flaky butter pastry with lots of juicy filling. The individual and handcrafted look of the pastry is achieved by first twisting the dough sticks by hand and then forming them into a crown. Pleasantly sweet is the cinnamon sugar cream with which the pastry is filled. Incisions on the sides of the dough show the filling from the outside, and a topping of crunchy coarse sugar rounds off the fine baked goods.
