Chocolate Enrobers

For a perfect enrobing of your products, our Chocolate Enrobing Machine is designed with a calibrated fishtail, bottom licking rolls, and sensitive top and bottom enrobing units, which can be positioned either vertically or horizontally. You can choose between full or half enrobing on your products, or just enrobing the top and bottom sides.

 The bottom enrobing unit is water-jacketed, and its temperature is sensitively regulated by circulating water inside. The blower fan is equipped with a speed control drive and a heating/cooling unit, which can be regulated independently of the ambient temperature.

 The machine is designed to keep your chocolate at the same texture, thanks to the special agitator of the chocolate hopper, which is structured with a surface regenerating attribute. It has a laser sensor that regulates the chocolate level sensitively.

 The chocolate pump can be used for cleaning or discharging the used tempered chocolate. During the design process, all surfaces that are potentially open to contamination and chocolate build-up are minimized.

 The detailing unit is highly effective and can be demounted within minutes. You can also choose to include additional features such as a sprinkler, de-tempering unit, biscuit flip over or holding down the device, additional blower & fishtail, and wave or strip decorating units.

Cooling Tunnels

Our company produces cooling tunnels every year, covering an area of over one square kilometer. We continuously improve our cooling tunnels based on our experience, research and feedback, which results in better cooling efficiency and product quality.

Cleaning the inside of the cooling tunnel is simple, thanks to hinged covers. For cooling tunnels with wider working widths, we use a gull-wing-style cover system. The tunnel covers are easy to open and do not require any tools.

We use a sensitive heat control system and heat distribution to provide the most glossy and long-lasting enrobing. The sensitive belt tracking mechanism and fully automatic belt tensioning appliances ensure the safety of your belt.

The cooling tunnel has heated scrapers, quickly demountable rollers, and trays located at critical points to ensure hygiene is maintained at the highest level. This design also minimizes maintenance and cleaning time.

The cooling tunnel has two independently running cooling circuits, allowing for control of two different cooling zones. We can manufacture cooling tunnels with a dehumidifier, bottom cooled, filtered, or belt tempered upon request.
