The TSA 800 stands for a release agent spraying technology that is adapted to the use of DÜBÖR baking release agents and meets the highest demands of industrial bakeries. It ensures a uniformly economical and clean application of the release agents in the baking moulds. The accuracy and control of the spray nozzles results in vastly reduced release agent usage, with the consequent cost savings. A mist filter system ensures that no oil mist spreads to the working area, resulting in a clean and safe working area.
The unit itself can be supplied in various configurations; Mounted, Add-On or with Conveyor. In the ‘mounted’ version, the unit is mounted directly to an existing conveyor. In the ‘Add-On’ version, the unit is supplied on a mobile C-frame that is wheeled up to an existing conveyor for operation. In the ‘Conveyor’ version, the TSA 800 is supplied as a stand-alone unit with an integrated conveyor; this can be used alone or integrated into an existing conveyor system.
An adjustable nozzle arm allows moulds of different heights to be sprayed. The completed expansion stage has automatic adjustments for the different dimensions of the baking moulds. In each configuration, the electrical and pneumatic components are housed in a stainless steel cabinet.
