❓ Initial Challenge: To replace manual feeding operations on three lines for packing crumpets, pancakes, and pitta breads with the complication of an inconsistent product feed.
💡 Our Solution: Firstly to regulate the presentation of products. A new feed system was supplied on one line but modifications to the existing equipment on the other two lines proved successful. A total of ten pick and place delta robots were supplied over the three lines integrated with a total of four flowrap machines.
▶️ Following successful completion of the first part of the project we went on to supply a further two lines for the same bakery, the first with two 6-axis robots to distribute loaves of bread and the second was a pick and place line with 8 delta robots for bread rolls.
