Bread line - elevating quality and efficiency in baking

The line is manufactured and designed in stainless steel AISI 304, all the material can work at contact with ingredien ts. The machine is controlled by Siemens PLC and panel, ensuring high performance with a brand synonymous of quality.

The dough, loaded into the hopper of the Divider, is divided in pieces having the
desired weight. Consequently, the pieces fall into the drum and through its oscillatory
movement, they have a round shape.
At the end of the rounding, the round bread pieces are conveying towards the
intermediate proofer cell chamber through the outfeed belt conveyor.
A synchronism signal coming from the divider machine allows the correct chamber
forwarding.


The intermediate proofer chamber is used to allow the rest of the round pieces
of dough for a specific time based on the customer production requirements. The
resting time allows the natural dough relaxation before the molding. The resting
time depends on the type of product and on the producer requirements.
The intermediate proofer chamber can be equipped with the temperature control
system, vaporizer, germicide lamp, extractor of humidity air. To be completed for
the full production cycle, the bread line can be integrated with finger rolls, baguette
making system, stamping unit, humidifier with seeds distribution system, manually
or automatic panning device.

aluminum, all the material, can work at contact with ingredien ts. The machine is
controlled by Siemens PLC and panel, ensuring high performance with a brand
synonymous of quality. It is easy to use thanks to intuitive symbols, with a recipe
management and integrated diagnostic system.
