Beor develop two kinds of Bread Lines: Ciabatta and Baguette.


Gaudí - Ciabatta Line: Gaudí is a high hydration process line which is able to produce Ciabatta breads with hydration from 50% to 100%, depending on the flour used.

It has tremendous versatility of sizes and weight of pieces. So, Gaudí can produce tipped bread, round, hexagonal, high quality gluten-free bread, Seeds bread, Artisan bread…

 

Galileo – Baguette Line: Galileo is an automatic Baguette line which can produce up to 2,400 baguettes per hour with a maximum weight of 700g and 75% maximum hydration.

Equipped with stainless steel structure, stretching module with automatic length adjustment of pieces, centering module which centers each piece on the belt, automatic placing system and the options of a seeding module and artisan bread.

All Beor equipment is equipped with Industry 4.0 technology, wireless screen, Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity.
