WHITEFLEXX and BLUEFLEXX
This belt type is primarily characterized by the following parameters:
- Exclusive use of food-safe materials and certified according to EU standard 1935/2004 and FDA
- Thanks to our innovative fixation solution: no tearing of eyelets, no longitudinal deformation of the fabric, easier/smoother operation of the devices
- Easy to clean by using a damp cloth, plastic scraper (for heavy soiling) or high-pressure washer – no shrinkage after washing or cleaning!
- When used as a proofing belt, no adjustment of the belt length is necessary, since there is no shrinkage and little or no elasticity
- Widths up to 4m – no need of a stitching seam in the middle of the fabric = more reliable and a longer lifetime
- Lateral stability = no guiding problem
- Welded edges: No beading of the edges, consistent thickness over the entire length and width of the belt
- Good to very good surface finish for perfect pick-up and delivery of dough pieces and backed products
- Air-permeable: no sweating of the dough, humidity reaches the bottom of the dough
- Suitable for knife edges from 4 mm
- Because it is 100% synthetic, the belt cannot mold
- Non-absorbent fabric for low-friction operation: no “sticking” of the belt on the “table” due to excessive moisture absorption = simple operation of the device
