With our plastic curved belts, you can realize a flexible change of direction from 35 to 180 degrees. Depending on the size, the belts are welded together from several individual segments and can be equipped with different attachments.

PU conveyor belts are made of polyester fabric, which is treated with special impregnations. The subsequent polyurethane coating in a melt-rolling machine results in an extremely high-quality coating that is highly resistant to the formation of transverse cracks.
It is precisely for this reason that MÄRTENS plastic curved belts are largely made from this material. By welding several individual segments, curve belts for a change of direction from 35 to 180° can be produced flexibly, depending on the customer's requirements. The production of these individual segments is carried out at MÄRTENS by a digital cutter, so that 100% reproducibility can be guaranteed. All commercially available attachments are available to match.
In addition to PU belts, all other common coating materials are of course also available from us: PVC as an allrounder - a real multitalent, especially in the packaging sector - or also with a silicone coating for special conditions, where temperature resistance or non-stick properties are also important.
