CLEANBELT ® cleaning system for rolled back-up belts

The maintenance-free CLEANBELT ® cleaning system was specially developed for STEINHAUS rolled baking oven belts. The spirals of our rolled baking oven belts have a constant number of turns over the entire belt length.

CLEANBELT ® exploits this advantage of a constant number of meshes over the belt width by breaking up soiling on the baking belt without leaving out a mesh. The downstream brushing systems of the oven can thus, with adequate use, remove the dirt better and more effectively.
