Caterwhip is a series of unsweetened dairy alternatives for whipping with a neutral taste. Whip it as it is, or add sugar and use it for confectionery fillings and decoration.

The foam has a high stability and achieves a whipped volume of up to 400%. The whipped cream is freeze stable and will retain its qualities after thawing.

Use Caterwhip for decoration of cakes, desserts, mousses or as topping served with ice cream, cold drinks like milkshakes and hot drinks like coffee.

Sweet Whip

Danica Sweetwhip

Introducing our high-quality sweetened whipping cream for cakes and desserts. Sweetwhip is perfect for filling and decoration and has an excellent sweet cream flavour.

It only takes a few minutes to whip it and the product increases its original volume up to 400%. The smooth, creamy consistency of the whip holds exceptionally well and stays deliciously fresh in cakes and desserts for several days in the fridge.

Sweetwhip can be mixed with cream, custard, or other milkproducts to create various types of fillings for layer cakes, chouxs, cheesecakes etc.

The whipped cream is freeze- and thaw stable.
