Heavy-duty spiral mixers with removable bowls
Mixers from the MIX series are a professional family of machines that meet all the requirements for producing dough and other food products. The MIX series is characterized by a robust and well-thought-out design. The most essential elements of the mixers are made of high-quality stainless steel, the body itself has very thick walls, so it is not susceptible to eventual powerful impacts (it is possible to make it entirely of stainless steel).MIX mixers have an easy-to-use control panel and a fully manual control mode for your safety. This is protection in the event of a control panel failure. The control panel allows you to set work programs. There is also the possibility of full speed regulation from 40-240 rotations per minute.

Lifter-dumper for removable spiral mixer bowls
Up to 5-meter tilting height available on special request.
The lifter and dumper are designed to lift and tilt to empty the bowl of spiral mixers. The lifter is dedicated to working with specified types of bowls. The lifting zone is protected by a safety frame with a micro switch, and easy and safe remote-controlled operation. Tipping height adjusted to dough divider model – to be agreed on order. The bowl lifter has sensors for correct bowl position checks. Tipping direction right or left – to be specified on order.

Dough feeding hoppers, and chunkers for continuous work of production lines
The hopper is placed above the dough dividers hopper, providing a continuous supply of dough to the divider. Operating height depends on divider type and is to be agreed on in order. The Hopper itself, elements of construction and all other parts that come in contact with the dough are made of high-quality stainless steel. Optionally, the internal layer of a hopper and feeding blades are high-quality Teflon coated protecting from excessive dough sticks. The operating elements are 2 feeding knives, each equipped with 3 wings. Rotating speed and feeding intensity are controlled fluently by means of an inverter. The dough feed system is ideal for the continuous work of production lines.
