ELT rod network belt: drastic reduction in downtime during belt changes

Compared to a standard rod network belt, additional short meshes in the ELT rod network belt result in more nodes and thus increased stability and higher force absorption. The clear advantage is the drastic reduction in downtime when changing belts.

The rod network belts are real all-rounders - and of course food-approved in accordance with VO EG 1935/2004. Depending on the material class, they meet a wide range of requirements and can be used for a variety of processes. A characteristic feature of this product category is its permeable and particularly hygienic design, which makes it the ideal choice when it comes to enrobing, glazing and sprinkling processes. But rod network belts from MÄRTENS are also convincing in ovens, cooling tunnels and drying ducts. Depending on the material, the belts can withstand operating temperatures from -80 °C to +280 °C.

Our rod network belts are available in three product categories: the ECO is the economical one for standard applications, the ELT (Extended Life Time), in which additional short single meshes provide for further node points and thus increased stability, can also withstand higher loads. Another advantage over the ECO is the much faster belt changes - connection times can be reduced by up to 80%.

As an option, the belts can also be provided with points, so that even demanding production processes are no problem.

In addition to the standard materials "spring steel wire" and "1.4310", there is also the material innovation "K2390", which is particularly recommended in leaching machines, for example, as this material is considerably more resistant to caustic and therefore lasts considerably longer.
