This is a sponge cake base with carrot purée in round format, soft and light. An excellent fluffy base, with a very delicate flavor, easy to fill for creating the most elaborated version of the Anglo-Saxon recipe of the "Carrot Cake".

This semi-finished product is easy to use: just cut horizontally the sponge cake in two equal parts, fill inside with a fresh cream or mousse and decorate at will.
