The MBP RQ 550 NANO is a Vertical Form Fill Seal packaging machine featuring intermittent motion, compact size and removable sealing unit.
It produces aesthetically perfect pillow-bags, Steelo-bags
(flat bottom 4 corner seal) Doy Style-bags and Zip.
RQ550 Nano is an alternate motion VFFS packaging machine, in lowered version, that produces pillow-bags, square-bottom bags, 4 seal-bags and Doy-Style bags.
The RQ550 Nano features the interchangeable and removable QRM POWER FEEDBACK sealing unit, which allows easy and fast format changeovers.
The machine is only 1200 mm from the ground to the top of the forming tube, while the product fall height into the forming tube is about 420 mm.
It represents the best solution in case of fragile products and/or reduced workspace.
The main features are:
- Lowered, alternate motion VFFS to produce pillow-, steelo- and doy style-bags at high speed.
- Full servo: up to 6 brushless motors in programmable electronic cam.
- Monitor I-PC 16”.
- QRM sealing unit with a special feature that measures and displays on screen the sealing strength applied.
- Product drop height: only 420 mm, perfect for fragile products and high packing speed.
- Machine height from the ground to the top of the forming tube: 1200 mm.
