Their scraper-friendly construction, in conjunction with the UltraScraper system, enables thorough cleaning, demanding minimal water and time investment, elevating food safety standards to new heights.
This characteristic not only extends the shelf life of products but also ensures compliance with major international food standards, including EC 1935/2004 and FDA regulations. All thanks to the remarkable properties of homogeneous plastic.
The Soliflex range
Soliflex range includes 5 positive drive belts and 1 friction drive belt. Positive drive belts are engineered to minimize energy consumption, featuring a range of teeth and sprocket styles. For applications necessitating friction drive systems, Soliflex presents a dependable friction drive belt solution.
Moreover, the Soliflex range seamlessly integrates with existing conveyors, offering extensive fabrication possibilities tailored to meet your specific needs. These include cleats in flat, angled, or bent configurations, available in heights of up to 150 mm, with a smooth finish or profiled with pyramid designs. There are also sidewalls ranging from 20-100 mm that can be added to Soliflex TPU belts, allowing for the creation of pockets for product elevation on steep angles or vertical conveyors.
