This compact machine, which can work in 1, 2 or 3 rows, is characterized by the high weight range from 12 to 330g, which is achieved by means of interchangeable modules. The technical design, well-thought-out down to the smallest detail, makes it for the first time a real alternative to the conventional automatic disc grinder. This newly developed machine offers an hourly output of up to 4,800 pieces and can be operated most simply by means of a microprocessor, which allows extremely easy-to-understand inputs via pictograms. As a result, this machine can be marketed worldwide without the need for specialist commissioning.
With the extended forming station DR-RR 400, the product variety can be extended by a few simple adjustments. Round, long rolled, long rolled-flattened and flattened products or even taleras, bolillos and plaited rolls can be produced with the Mini Rex Multi + Forming Station DR-RR 400. For the characteristically oval shape of thaleras, for example, the forming station is positioned at right angles to the Mini Rex Multi. The dough pieces are pre-rolled with pressure boards and formed into taleras or braided rolls with a special unit.
