Modular and with Easy Cleaning with our Artisan SFM EC Dough Sheeting Line

The Artisan SFM EC is a medium-sized dough sheeting machine for the complete product range of bakeries. Buns in various sizes and shapes, baguettes, and breads are produced gently. With the Easy Clean (EC) design, Koenig focuses on simple cleaning and easy accessibility.

The Artisan SFM EC dough sheeting line from Koenig offers a capacity of 33 strokes per minute for artisan bakeries with an innovative system of dough sheeting. The line is suitable for both fine-pored doughs and large-pored doughs with a high water content, enabling a high bread roll variety from whole-grain rolls to Mediterranean ciabatta. With a maximum hourly output of 16,200 (square) and 11,800 (round) pieces per hour, the line is one of a medium-sized machine that is ideal above all for artisan bakeries. The dough belt is formed without residual dough, therefore the dough is 100% usable compared to other systems available on the market. The entire system is of "Easy Clean" design for optimal cleaning and accessibility with continuous frameless operating side with easy folding safety flaps for full access to all belts and modules. A modular design, i.e. modules such as rounding station, greasing device, forming station, placement unit, etc. are available and a proofing cabinet (e.g. from the Combiline series) can also be combined. The integrated weighing system ensures high weight accuracy and rounds off the Artisan SFM EC package.
