bakeries, creating a wow effect in the counter.

Small pieces of confectionery baked goods in a class of their own

Colourful macarons with fine cream, deliciously filled religieuses with airy choux pastry dough or delicate tartelettes with filigree decoration make a visual impact and are quickly coloured and flavoured with DREIDOPPEL pastes for fine pastry. And of course, the many different cream stabilizers must not be missing in upscale pâtisserie. The extensive assortment and the well-founded know-how of the flavouring specialists bring variety in a class of its own to your range. The concept is rounded off by elegant slices with an imposing appearance. And last but not least, they are vegan and thus meet the ever-increasing demand for vegan offerings in fine baked goods. These recipes are possible thanks to the vegan products from DREIDOPPEL; an IREKS vegan mix is used for the bases. Mixes from the IREKS range are also used for the production of the religieuses and tartelettes. A total of 12 creations – all coming with that certain something – whet the appetite and increase the impetus in the counter.
