Group 200 belts are a spiral wire link belt in alternating construction. The round wire link belts consist of spirals and crossbars that are tightly wound and connected to each other.
Application areas:
- Oven belt (baking of bread that has been pushed open), refrigeration technology
Characteristics:
- Largely straight belt run due to spirals wound alternately on the right and left
- Precise locking of the spirals by corrugated crossbars
- large open area, thus good passage of air and liquids
- Smooth and agile
- Operating temperature: depending on the material
Particularities:
- Due to the tightly wound spirals, large overall cross-section and therefore high tensile loads possible, small roller diameters possible for belts with chains, gutter edges, inlay rails for sealing, carriers, edge design: sling edges, bending edges, welded head edge, chain with welded end
Used material:
- Unalloyed/low-alloy steels, bright, copper-plated or galvanized, rust- and acid-resistant chromium and chromium-nickel steels as well as high-temperature-resistant chromium and chromium-nickel steels (other materials on request)
