ANKO’s business was founded on the sales and development of machines that manufacture traditional Chinese Food. Our automated machines have the capacity of producing a wide range of Chinese food items, such as Xiao Long Bao, Spring Rolls, Dumplings, Har Gao (Shrimp Dumplings), Shumai, and many more.
ANKO’s HLT-700 Multipurpose Filling and Forming machine has the capacity of producing 12,000 Dumplings per hour; it can process highly viscous meat fillings, as well as various fibrous vegetable fillings, producing Dumplings that are plump, and taste handmade. This machine can use specific forming molds to make different products such as Empanadas, Gyoza, Manti, Chebureki, and many more.
