Details that make the difference! Thanks to the reduced space among breaking bar, spiral tool and bowl bottom, Sunmix spiral mixers allow to perfectly mix small dough quantities even in medium and big size models (e.g. in a SUN60CL you can easily mix 1.5 kg dough).
The space among the breaking bar, the spiral tool and the bowl bottom of each Sunmix mixer is deliberately reduced, for two reasons:
- It allows you to easily work small quantities of dough, even in medium and large bowls.
- It allows the dough to develop around the spiral in a homogeneous way, for always high quality results.

Breaking bar, spiral tool and bowl shape are studied and designed to perfectly allow mixing even small quantities of dough in all mixers sizes. The spiral design let it get really close to both the bowl bottom and to the breaking bar so that the ingredients can be perfectly mixed, creating a homogeneous dough.
This is a great advantage as it permits all Sunmix mixers owners to prepare test doughs or special / particular doughs in their medium / big size mixer without the need to take a second smaller mixer.
