VULKAN TUNNEL OVEN
High hourly outputs, baked in an extremely economical mode – this is the recipe for success of the HEUFT Industry tunnel oven. It is primary designed for baking a few type of products in a continuous mode. A VULKAN tunnel oven is in its element when baking 25,000 dough pieces and more per hour. The products bake gently and consistently in the baking atmosphere defined by the thermal oil heat transfer system. The high storage capacity of the thermal oil also boosts the rapid transfer of heat to the products and thus a strong oven spring. Separately controlled temperature zones with optional bottom and top heat, always enable optimum baking curves. The results speak for themselves: Whether bread, rolls or other specialties – the products at the unloading point all look and taste exactly the same.
VULKAN EUROBACK
The VULKAN EUROBACK ensures maximum flexibility for your production. Up to six hundred square meters of baking area are available at the same time and can be loaded in parallel with free-form, tray or tin products. Each product achieves its individual quality thanks to separately adjustable temperature and steam zones in the individual hearths. What’s more, you can switch fully automatically from continuous to step-by-step baking at any time. Combined with a loading and unloading system tailored to your line, the EUROBACK offers unrivaled performance. 25,000 rolls and more per hour not only deliver the desired reproducibility, but are also satisfy the bottom line.
VULKAN IMPACT
Every baker appreciates the quality of batch baking in a classic deck oven. The HEUFT VULKAN IMPACT takes this quality craftsmanship to an industrial dimension. Up to 12 hearths can be integrated as standard and open the door to enormous quantities with a baking area of up to 350 m2. But it is not quantity alone that makes our multi-deck tunnel oven so outstanding. The system is also unrivaled as a flexible all-rounder. Every single hearth is well insulated, and the temperature, steam and turbulence zones can be individually configured for each product. The top and bottom heat can also be controlled separately over the entire baking surface. This allows you to create an optimal baking climate for every product at any time. It is therefore entirely up to you whether the VULKAN IMPACT plays to its strengths in a mono-line or as a generalist for a wide range of bakery products.
