The use of palm oil in products is controversial for good reason and it goes without saying that DÜBÖR, as one of the leading suppliers of baking release agents, offers palm oil-free alternatives in its range. This is also the case for PR 100, which ensures reliable separation for all bread and cake moulds, especially for Viennese and biscuit base moulds as well as for steel belts in steel belt ovens. The palm oil-free PR 100 SP variant is also particularly low-mist. It is characterised by economical and clean application and can be used with the DÜBÖR Airmix spray technology TSA 5, TSA 20, TSA 38, Spray-Master AM-P and TSA 800.
