This machine is suitable for small to medium fastfood production factories; specially designed for portioning sandwiches, rolls, burritos into 2 pieces. Length of the conveyor is customized to meet requirements. Height of product: Max. 10cm.

  • The mainfram is made in stainless steel, meets sanitary standards.
  • With intuitive and graphic menus, parameter setting, system monitoring and troubleshooting can be operated via 7 inches touch screen.
  • Flexible to make half-cut or wedge-cut only by changing tools.
  • Work with Swiss-made ultrasonic generator and oscillation components, auto-tuning and energy-compensation functions are included. Long service life is guranteed. Even with meat or nuts, the cut surface is still perfect.
