This machine is suitable for bakery, pastry, confectionery, pet food or also cheese factories:

  • Ideal for slicing round, sheet, and roll bakery and pastry products. Cheese, process meet, and pet food are suitable too.
  • Thanks to the ultrasonic technology, the cut surface of food is clean and smooth; no extra downward force is added on those products during cutting process. The structure of cut food is remained and the cut surface is clean.
  • Time for routine maintenance is 70~90% shorter than traditional cutting machines.
  • The moving of blades is driven by linear guides of Cleanroom class, meets hygienic standards. There is no risk of contamination when cutting products.
  • 7” color Touch HMI screen is installed. With intuitive and graphic menu, parameter setting, system monitoring, and simple troubleshooting can all be operated here.
