Tasting and evaluation of the products - THE iba.UIBC CUP OF CONFECTIONERS part 1

Under the theme “The Animal World”, the pastry chefs will create sophisticated petit fours and pastries. The expert jury decides which team produces the best displays and ultimately wins the title.

Be there live and look at the finalists' artworks. The presentation will take place from 11 a.m.

The 2nd judging of cakes and chocolates will take place from 1:00 p.m.

After the live tasting and evaluation by the jury, the award ceremony will take place at 4 p.m. in the iba.FORUM.
