BREWIC - the croissant rolling and strand machine

For the gentle production of lye pastries and other great products in high quality and performance. Supplemented by the WiBrez extension, dough weights of up to 500 grams and 1400 mm strand length can also be produced.

The BREWIC croissant rolling and strang machine is an installation, capable of producing outstanding rolled dough products or pretzel strings, from pre-made, round pieces of dough, of different weights, in a completely automatic way. The form of the pretzel can be Bavarian, Swabian, Baden or customized.

Additionally, there are other specific bakery products possible, by modifying the settings of the machine; forms like: fl atbread, three braid strands, three braid strands with raisins, BIO dough products, rolls, baguettes, pizza snacks, pretzel sticks and kornspitz bread.

Gentle dough formation

The special evacuation rolling plates made of ARADUO plastics were developed in such a way, that they provide the highest level of protection for the dough product.
The necessary tension release period after the rolling was taken into account.
The crucial components of the product were patented or were 
protected by industrial designs.

Hygiene and cleaning

The BREWIC is easy to clean, in a time effective manner, as a result of the high quality materials, which were used.

The ARADUO evacuation rolling plates are extremely easy to clean, due to their structure; the only thing needed is mild soapy water and a soft cloth.

Similarly, the plastic forming belts and the stainless steel parts are easily cleaned.
The hygiene standards are thus easily maintained.

Performance features

In the standard version, dough weights of 20-180 grams with a starch length of max. 650 mm can be produced with max. 5,000 pieces per hour. With the BREWIC 300 version, a dough weight of up to 500 grams is possible and with the WiBrez extension, dough strand lengths of up to 1,400 mm are also possible.
