Deck-oven loading aid LIFTBOY-E (semi-automatic)

A lifting carriage that can be moved vertically on a column by means of a great motor takes up one or two setters, depending on the oven width, which are manually pushed into the respective oven on rollers. The deck heights are programmed once during commissioning and then all decks are safely approached at the push of a button.

The LIFTBOY-E is moved sideways in a floor rail in front of the ovens to the respective loading position. When loading double-width ovens, both setters are first loaded with dough pieces from the left and from the right at a comfortable working height. The oven ist started at the push of a button and immediately after loading the first oven half, it moves to the second oven half, which is then loaded immediately after the first.

The setter is equipped with a unloading nose at the front, with this nose the setter can be used to load and unload the oven.
