LILLNORD's Flexbaker UV room enables you to store products, which have been 80 - 90% prebaked, for a long period of time (up to 14 days). With a sophisticated humidity control any dry out is prevented, and at the same time integrated UV lamps eliminate any mold formation.
The process is controlled with an innovative program of 200-step frequency controlled fan speed regulation, of PID regulation (proportional – integral – differential), precise and demand-based regulation of humidity and temperature in the air stream, as well as horizontal and vertical air flow. 
The optimal climatic conditions in the room guarantee, that the product neither dry out nor start to molder. Quite the contrary - the moisture content is increased, allowing the product structure to intensify and taste and flavour to further develop.
