Innovative raw material grinding technology of Foodish

Thanks to innovative technologies of grinding raw materials, Foodish produces unique gluten-free products, which not only guarantee the excellent taste of products, but also have a positive impact on human health.

The uniqueness and the highest quality of the gluten-free products of Foodish are due to the original raw material grinding technology of the Treffler company, which for the second year in a row has been included in the list of the TOP 100 most innovative companies in Germany.

The mills in Foodish are fully automated, which ensures soft grinding and absence of contamination.

Thanks to the original system of compressed air blowing, additional purification of oil-free raw materials is ensured.

After grinding, the magnetic separator ensures 100% removal of metal particles from the flour, which guarantees the safe consumption of food products made with this technology. 

The mill's compacted steel disks have a speed of 4,000 rpm, which is 25% higher than usual for this type of mill. Thanks to the increased disk speed, the mill is able to increase flour production.

At the same time, the disks have been specially designed to ensure stable grinding results over a long period of operation.

The precision of the discs allows grinding particle sizes from 60 to more than 250 microns, depending on the type of end product selected (from flour to starch).

The main advantage of this type of mill is grinding at low temperatures (about 32°C). This preserves all the enzymes in the final product - flour - which are destroyed when the temperature rises above 40°C.
