Multi-product automatic lines for croissants, mini-croissants, saccottini and strudel. All products are developed and tested by our food technologists and our skilled technicians.

Croissant and Puff pastry line with production capacity from 23.000 to 100.000 Pcs/h

Multiproduct automatic lines for croissants, mini-croissants, toaster tarts and strudels. From proofing that manages the sourdough, through lamination and fats incorporation, through cut and forming, to the mould deposit.

The product is handled on pans’ conveyor system with specific pan storages to change format, from the proofing chamber to the impingement oven and to the cooling system spaced by the right filling stations.

It’s possible to decide the sheeting level, the weight and the dimension and filling type, also bicolor.

Industrial pastry line with production capacity from 100 to 2.000 Kg/h

Automatic lines for fine pastry production, such as scones, cookies or brownies.

The system includes a lamination (scones), an extrusion (cookies) or a pouring (brownies), after that the formed product is cooled, depanned and cut in single portions with ultrasonic blade (brownies), or garnished and glazed (scones).

Automatic lines for muffin, plumcakes and sponge cakes production.
