Plug & Play unit with simple and very userfriendly touch computer control. All sides outside and inside in stainless steel with 60 mm insulation in CFC-free polyurethan hard foam; the perfect material choice for units, working both in above and below zero degrees. The unit is delivered with a 2 mm floor in stainless steel with adjustable heating, ensuring a uniform room climate and preventing condenser water to build on the floor.
Maryline is equipped with a frequency controlled fan speed regulation. For fast freezing, the fans automatically turn up to 100%. In the storage phase, the fans automatically turn themselves down to minimum speed to secure a perfect climate and to avoid dehydration of the dough. The minimum fan speed is automatically calculated based on temperature, time and compressor pauses to secure energy savings. In the defrosting process, the fans pulsate in 200 steps to ensure a consistent thawing of the products.
Maryline offers the award-winning PID ideal control from LILLNORD, where PID stands for Proportional, Integral and Differential, providing an extremely accurate and uniform control and supply of humidity, heat and cold. At the IBA trade show, this control system was awarded the IBA trophy for innovations. Another important component is the famous LILLNORD steam generating system with electromagnetic steam production. Without any mechanical or electronic parts inside the steam container, securing a long life span and reliability of operation, and equipped with automatic drain for easy maintenance.
