MIWE live baking center: Where the baking world meets

Welcome to the MIWE live baking center!

With around 1,600 m², the MIWE live baking center is a fully equipped production bakery with seminar and meeting rooms, a modern test laboratory, offices, storage and changing rooms and a baking studio, where the complete range of products for in-store baking is available. 

"Meet the experts" is the motto of our demonstration bakery, because that's exactly what it is all about: cooperation and exchange of experiences among experts. Our master bakers and dough technologists, advisers, regional and key account managers are all well-prepared to plan and organise your visit.

And of course, events, seminars and expert workshops are held here on a regular basis, and we warmly invite you to attend. The video above will give you an entertaining insight, capturing impressions of a seminar on the topic "pastry and laminated yeast doughs".
