To address the issue of energy consumption, we have incorporated advanced features for reduced heat loss. The oven's enhanced insulation and integrated recuperator allow for an impressive 1.5% more exhaust gas recuperation. This optimizes energy usage and promotes a more sustainable baking process.
We have also made significant improvements to prevent hot air escape in the bakery, which reduces heat loss. The NSG TPN has increased insulation and a larger hood surface over the inlet and outlet of the oven. These updates result in a remarkable 37% heat loss improvement on the inlet and a substantial 47% improvement on the outlet.
