Suction or pressure (blower) systems are used for automated flour conveying. With both systems, we can rely on years of know-how and refer to numerous successful projects at a national and international level.
The ideal solution for weighing small and medium-sized components are several containers that are installed in a row (Wandkompo). You can store up to 120 kg of ingredients per container, such as salt, baking agents, seeds or grains, in a clean and compact way. A mobile scale, which can be moved on a slide, is used to weigh the individual ingredients. Our ThorBackPlus recipe control reliably shows you the quantities to be weighed and transfers them to the master recipe structure.
Our mobile Wi-Fi scales can be taken to any location in your production and transmit the data to ThorBackPlus. This allows you to work efficiently and maintain an overview.
