About us

Automated handling of raw materials

As one of the leading suppliers of pre-dough/poolish and sourdough systems as well as for rework systems, W&K Automation supports the bakery industry with innovative process solutions since many years. Our portfolio ranges from compact machines for artisan bakeries to fully automated plants for industrial operations including modern silo equipment and flour weighing systems.

How we work

We maintain a long-term partnership with our customers on an eye-level basis and we continuously support them in new projects and in upgrading existing plants. For plant engineering, silo and tank construction, we cooperate with permanent and specialized partners. Switch and control cabinet construction and software development are performed in-house.
